Quickly transforming into a quest to conquer the impossible or difficult,create beautiful things and feed a bounty of deliciousness to family & friends, my passion for cooking has grown into an obsession. The objective is not to be a Top Chef or even the next Martha Stewart, but rather to share with other explorative folks a glimpse into the trials and tribulations of a young woman transforming into ‘Little Ms. Homemaker.'
Why?
Cooking has become my release.
At the end of a tough day at work, I use the preparation of dinner to bring me back to life. On weekends I experiment, testing out areas of cooking I am not familiar with whether it is a cooking method, style, ingredient and so forth.
The physical motions you go through, the time and attention required, and of course the stimulation of the 5 senses makes cooking my therapy.
In the kitchen I can reset my state of mind.
